New eleven-story office tower shell with four levels of underground parking. The building features a unique architectural profile made entirely of individual, shingle-like, overlapping glass panes. This building received a LEED Silver Rating.

Electrical work consisted of power distribution, emergency power, telecommunications, custom light fixtures, site lighting and duct banks. The main service feeder for the building enters from the Pepco transformer vaults on New York Avenue. The service is a 3 phase, 4 wire, 460/265 volt, 4000a main bus that steps down through (3) 30kva, 3 phase 460-208/120v transformers. The power supply for the retail area is separate from that of the office space. Emergency power is supplied by a 350/438kw/kva 480/277v generator located at the penthouse.
