Conversion of two existing office buildings into one 288 unit apartment building. The renovation included fully gutting the interiors, removing both penthouse levels and roof decks, as well as removing façade back to the structure. In order to connect the two buildings, ten new floors were constructed between them and four new floors were added to the existing structure.
Project included one 3000A main house switchboard, and two 2500A residential switchboards. There are two sets of meter centers on each floor which are fed directly out of the switchgear. Project also included installation of extensive individual condo unit power metering, fire alarm system, security system integration, emergency system and telecommunications.
