Microsoft Teams
All users that have Freestate computers also have a license for Microsoft Teams.
- All files should be saved to the network drives and NOT to the Teams sites
- Files saved to the Teams site may be shared externally if you do not set the permissions correctly
- Files saved to the Teams sites are NOT backed up and CANNOT be recovered if deleted or overwritten
To Install Microsoft Teams
- Go to office.com
- Sign in with your Freestate email and password
- On the left Click Teams
- Install the Teams app
- Sign into Teams with your Freestate email and password
