Every email that is sent to or from Freestate Electric is automatically archived in the Barracuda Message Archiver. If your mailbox becomes too large it can cause issues with switching between emails and searching for emails. Here are a few tips to keep your mailbox to a reasonable size.
The mail server has a few automatic email retention policies that delete emails from your mailbox automatically. These policies do not affect folders unless they are located under the Inbox, Deleted Items or Sent Items folders.
