Job Requirements


Qualified Candidate will possess the following:

•  10+ Years project management experience working for an electrical contractor
•   Experience with  commercial, industrial, base building, tenant fit out and site work
•  Must have successful experience running Electrical projects from $1-15+ million
•  Must have experience estimating change orders using Accubid software
•  Experience with LEED projects including LED lighting, Daylight harvesting, programmable dimming systems
•  Must have excellent business development and customer service skills
•  Must be knowledgeable of National Electric Codes
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS SharePoint
•  Must have intuitive, ability to multi-task, strong follow-up skills


Consistently submit accurate, timely and complete estimates and change order request

Study blue prints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures

Maintain up-to-date change order, purchase order, RFI logs.

Develop project SOV for invoicing on a Monthly basis

Work with Labor Superintendent to develop Man loading charts

Create Electrical Schedules and Coordinate with Contract CMP schedule

Coordinate multiple projects on a continuing basis
